PGSM Sailormoon Chibi

I don't know what it is, but I like to put little hearts into Usagi/Sailormoon's eyes. She's such a happy go lucky type character with a heart of gold, that it doesn't seem off. xD

Besides, I like to make my Sailormoons stand out, there's a ton of fanart out there so you gotta do something unique, right?

Done in Copiic Marker. (Would like to do a Digital Version in the future.)
