(I don't think she looks like Takahashi, but half-way through I wasn't interested in her looking like her anymore. ;x )

Her hair and face shape definitely looks like Aichan. 
Only her eye sockets look deeper than the real Aichan, but that's okay since you said you were practicing realism. In that respect, you did well for practicing modeling. ^^ (Maybe her neck needs more shadows, though?)
Aayla looks so cute, though! I'm big into Star Wars as well as H!P (and Pokemon), so it's a treat seeing crossovers! ^^ (I need to go through with a Berryz/Star Wars crossover I thought of last summer. XDD)
